How reputable are the real estate courses offered by real estate companies?
I am interested in going into real estate when I finish college and have been looking around at schools. Century 21 offers their own course (3 weeks) and another real estate company offers one for 6 weeks while the community college offers one for 8 months that trains you how to appraise and broker as well as just getting your license to sell. Which program is best and what is the difference between being a real estate agent (seller) and a broker? The costs range from 0-00

What happens to postage-paid magazine insert cards that fall out of magazines in transit?
Magazines are often full of small insert cards, usually 3×5 or 4×6 inches, that are postage-paid reply cards. These can be for subscriptions, reader information, or third-party ads. Some are glued or stapled in, but many are just loose. They stay in place only by pressure and static electricity. If you give a magazine a good shake (sometimes you must rifle through the pages), they fall out. The post office delivers millions of magazines every day. Some of these insert cards must fall out. What does the post office do with them? Do they deliver them, and charge the magazine (who has pre-paid the postage)? Or can they somehow screen out the blank ones, and discard them?

What are some worthwhile pregnancy magazines to subscribe to?
I am in my mid 30’s and we are getting ready to try to conceive. What are some worthwhile pregnancy magazines with interesting articles? I am interested in all kinds of pregnancy related topics but I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a subscription to a magazine that is mostly just ads! Thanks for your help!

How to stop all the magazines and newspapers subscriptions to be delivered to your home before you travel?
I am leaving overseas for three months and I will have my mail on hold in the post office. I just do not want to receive in the post office tons of magazines which I am subscribed to. Also I want to stop my daily newspapers which is delivered to my door everyday. Is there is a few online sources you could use to postponed the services or I have to contact each magazine and newspaper individually to stop receiving them for three months?

How do I get english magazines sent to a friend in Japan inexpensively?
My friend moved to Japan with her husband about 5 months ago for his job. She’s happy, but misses the comforts she’s grown to know. Mostly, entertainment, like magazines. Cosmo, Elle, People, etc.. The problem is, they sell for about per magazine over there. I would love to send her a subscription, but can’t find a way to send it to her address in Japan.
