Love your depression era! Was wondering if you had one for potato soup?
this is awesome
. keep it up Clara.
thinking about todays job situation gets me in a depression. I cook frijoles when I get depressed
You know, I think most, if not all of these recipies would be great for the economic situation today. There’s so much stimga around certain foods, that only “poor people” would eat. Honestly, sometimes I’d rather have a meal like this than steak!
I had a dream about heaven. I saw grandma and my aunt outdoors. They were very busy making the preparations for a dinner on the grounds (home coming outdoor picnic).
good clara keep doing that…
that looks super healthy and easy.
nice work grandma
Thank you Clara! God bless!
hehe, “needs a little more salt.” I love it!
Thanks Clara.
so awesome!
Cara you are such a beautiful women. I enjoyed watching this video very much.
This looks so good! I am going to try it! Thanks Miss. Clara!
This is like eating a history lesson.
I see that these were filmed 3 years ago. Is Clara still living?
@Triciaplumley Yes Clara is still around, she’s still making videos.
Aww man i feel like say i love you because you remind me of my great grandma
Wow – pretty amazing stuff, I prefer the old days even though I wasn’t around before 1990s, even though you can see how extraoardinary those days were – I wish we could go back to when if you looked out of your window, you wouldn’t see all those roads – you’d just see many cyclists and horse and carriage.
I LOVE CLARA <333
Is Clara from an Italian background? I’m in Australia and my Grandmother says that pasta was not available to buy then. I suppose the US was more multicultural at that time…
I really love old people!! There just too cute!!
Thanks, Clara. That was wonderful. I love the stories about your brother mixed in.
Clara, I love all your old utensils you still have and use. You have no need for a new modern kitchen…We are spoiled in this country. You inspire me and others…Keep up the good work. God Bless you.
