What is the best magazines for preteens?

I want to get both of my sisters a subscription to a fashion magazines but almost all the magazines out there are about drama, and gossip and i don’t want my sisters getting into those sort of thing. Do you know one that would be appropriate for a 12 and 10 yr old? Maybe hair and makeup magazine with things like that.
